What We Do Besides Sell Parts

My rental trailer has a problem and I need to get it working, FAST!

Let’s talk about it! As frustrating as it is that a rental is broken pending rental or even worse, rented and broken, our staff here at Restroom Trailer Parts can guide your technician through to a possible temporary repair should a part be required. If your unit is hours away, we will arrange for a service person to come to the unit for diagnosis and repair of the problem. If the service person cannot repair on the first visit, another visit may be required to complete the repair if plumbing parts are needed and not immediately available locally. 

I have a trailer with major problem and cannot rent it like this. This is costing a lot of revenue!

Give us a shout! Our staff are factory trained and available to come to your site (continental U.S.) by appointment should the situation arise. These situations might include a bubbled floor, a leaking holding tank, roof damage and other repairs like these that would normally require a trip back to the factory where it was built. This provides great savings of time and money over a factory visit, without transporting the unit for a quality, professional repair. 

My trailer is still under warranty, can we still help each other?

Without a doubt! An RTP Representative can gather the required information from you or your staff to field any warranty concern in a timely fashion (usually within 24 hours) to have a solution to get your unit 100% functional. Restroom Trailer Parts can normally receive authorization for plumbing parts and labor the very same day. A nominal fee applies to field warranty concerns and some expenses are not covered. If you had to change a part because you couldn’t wait, let us know anyway! We can probably help. 

I am with my rental unit now, something isn’t working and I’m not sure what to do!
